Pawsitive Canine Training Center is a positive-based, family friendly dog training facility owned by Liz Fahnenstiel and located in Lowell, Michigan (east of Grand Rapids, MI).
Pawsitive CTC offers many classes year round, including Puppy Obedience, Basic Obedience, Intermediate Obedience, AKC Canine Good Citizen, Advanced Skills, Rally Intro, Rally Advanced, APDT Rally, Rally practice groups, Conformation, Flyball, Beginning Agility, Advanced Beginning Agility, and Intermediate Agility.
Dog members of Pawsitive compete in Agility, Obedience, Conformation, and Rally. Many are AKC Canine Good Citizens and/or are therapy dogs for West Michigan Therapy Dogs and/or are Delta Society certified.

Our Services
Basic Training
We offer positive, rewards-based training programs tailored to help you develop your pet into a well-mannered companion. Training can begin with Puppy Obedience, Advanced Puppy, and Basic Obedience. Our instructors are qualified to award AKC Puppy STAR and AKC Canine Good Citizen certificates.
Advanced Obedience
If you are interested in more advanced obedience training, Pawsitive offers programs for AKC and APDT Rally Obedience training and competition, and Competitive Obedience. Our instructors and many of our members regularly competed in obedience venues. We offer training from the beginning stages of learning the competitive skills and rules to setting up advanced courses and practice groups for those already competing.

Sport & Performance
Whether you have a competitive spirit or are just looking for something fun to try with your dog, Pawsitive has plenty of options. Agility, Conformation, Flyball, and Rally-Obedience are some of the performance events our students enjoy. We even offer puppy agility for those who wish to get an early start on introducing obstacles with young bodies and developing joints in mind.
